Jerry Wykoff is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for M20 Associates where he oversees the organization in leading and implementing its mission, vision and overall strategic direction.

Prior to co-founding M20 Associates, Jerry managed a variety of contracts with United States Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM); Rock Island Arsenal; Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG); White House Military Office, Executive Office of the President; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); and Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).

Jerry served in the Army Military Intelligence Corps for over 26 years, retiring in 2010 as Command Sergeant Major of the Military Intelligence Corps. He earned more than two dozen awards while in the Armed Forces and was inducted into the Military Intelligence Hall of Fame in 2016, for exceptional contributions to the military intelligence profession. Since then, Jerry has served in senior executive roles at Perfecta; Crisis1, LLC; Subsidium; ABBTECH; and Veteran Solutions, Inc.

Jerry’s career accomplishments include developing the Every Soldier a Sensor training program and playing a critical role in creating tactical overwatch Geospatial Intelligence training programs helping protect our soldiers on the frontline, advancing national security, and saving the U.S. government $21 million by increasing production and reducing unnecessary program costs.
